An Act Relative To School Nutrition

Would ban junk food in schools and require new and healthy nutritional standards to be developed for food sold in school cafeterias and vending machines. An amendment was approved that would maximize the number of schools that get their food from local farmers.

An Act To Regulate The Use Of Off Highway And Recreation Vehicles

Would establish age restrictions on who can operate an ATV, requires additional training for young operators and requires operators and riders to wear helmets.

An Act To Assure Equitable Health Coverage For All Children
